Delphi Resilience

Help Nepal Recover

Catastrophic flooding has affected communities across Nepal, damaging homes, schools, roads, bridges, health systems, water systems and essential infrastructure. Families need immediate help now, and Nepal's full recovery will take years. The Delphi Foundation is raising funds to support relief and recovery through our partners Compass Rose International and CNLF, and the trusted relationships and communities they have built in Nepal.

Any amount, any rail — dollars, Bitcoin, stablecoins, or other approved assets. Marked for the Teddy Bear Fund.

We buy locally

Toys, blankets, and comfort kits sourced in Nepal wherever possible, so relief money stays in the economy.

Toy and comfort-kit purchases are receipted and photographed on delivery. If a community's greater need is food, water, or shelter, Compass Rose may redirect these funds — and that decision is published in the ledger.

Nepal Is Facing a Long Recovery

Flash flooding tore through river corridors across northern and central Nepal, destroying homes, roads, bridges, schools, water systems, farmland and critical power infrastructure.

Families were forced to leave with whatever they could carry. Children have been pushed out of classrooms. Roads and bridges that connected remote communities have been damaged or washed away, leaving some areas even harder to reach than before. In many places, the immediate emergency is only the beginning.

Right now, the priority is simple: clean water, food, shelter, medicine, safe transportation and restoring access to the communities that need help most.

But recovery will take far longer.

Homes will need to be rebuilt. Schools and health facilities will need to reopen. Roads, bridges, water systems and power infrastructure will need to be restored. Families will need help rebuilding farms, businesses and the livelihoods that disappeared with the flood.

This is not only a disaster relief effort. It is the beginning of a long recovery that will require sustained support, trusted local partners and resources that continue moving long after the headlines fade.

Relief is needed now. Rebuilding Nepal will take years.

The People Behind the Mission

Built on Relationships in Nepal

Before there was a relief fund, there were already people we trusted on the ground.

Nepal did not become personal to us because of this disaster.

For years, Compass Rose International has worked alongside girls, families, educators and community leaders in rural Nepal. At the center of that work is the Girls INpowerment Home in Ghyangphedi, created to provide education, stability and opportunity for girls vulnerable to trafficking, early marriage and leaving school.

That work has always reached beyond the girls themselves. Compass Rose's model is built around a simple idea: strengthen the girl, strengthen the family, strengthen the village.

Alongside that work is Community Leadership Nepal Foundation (CLNF), a Nepal-based organization focused on long-term community development through education, health, agriculture, livelihoods and local leadership. CLNF has an established presence in Ghyangphedi and works directly with communities to identify needs, coordinate projects and build solutions designed to last.

When the flooding struck, our first concern was the people we already knew.

Are the girls safe? What is happening in the village? What do families need? Can help reach them?

As the scale of the disaster became clear, the mission expanded.

Delphi is now building the funding and transparency infrastructure around these existing relationships so that support can move from donors to trusted organizations already working inside Nepal, while every allocation, deployment and verified outcome can be documented publicly.

This is how we intend to earn trust.

Together, the goal is simple: get resources to the people who need them, through organizations that know the communities, and show donors what happened after the money arrived.
